If you would like to send files to our art department for a quote or for output, please use the following guidelines.

Plotting/CNC Routing
1. Gerber Omega or earlier *.plt file
2. Vector *.eps file
3. Adobe Illustrator *.ai file
4. Corel Draw 10 or earlier *.cdr file
5. Corel *.cmx file
6. Windows Metafile *.wmf
7. Freehand 10 or earlier

Thermal Printing
1. Gerber Omega or earlier *.plt file
2. Vector *.eps file
3. Adobe Illustrator *.ai file
4. Corel Draw 10 or earlier *.cdr file
5.  Freehand 10 or earlier
6. *.tif file (lzw compression)
7. *.bmp file
8. *.pcx file
9. *.jpg file
10. *.gif file

Ink Jet Printing
1. Corel Draw 10 or earlier *.cdr file
2. Vector *.eps file
3. Adobe Illustrator *.ai file
4. Freehand 10 or earlier
5. *.tif file (lzw compression)
6. *.bmp file
7. *.pcx file
8. *.jpg file
9. *.gif file

-Large files may be zipped for quicker uploads.
-Files for plotting/routing should have no placed images and fonts must be converted to curves.
-Bitmaps for thermal or inkjet printing should have a resolution of 150 dpi full size or 300 dpi at half size for best results.

Files larger than 2 megs will be accepted on CD, CD-RW or Zip 100 disk.

Other formats may be accepted as well as some Mac files.  Please let us know if you have a file which does not fit within these guidelines.

Also, send a jpeg or a color proof along with your file.
