Here are two examples of thermal printed jobs. Decals can be easily printed in a variety of spot or process colors and cut to any shape without a die charge. Decals over 12 inches can be paneled to a virtually unlimited size.

| Images over 12" in height are printed in panels, and are applied to the substrate separately. | The second panel is carefully applied and overlaps the first panel slightly. | The substrate, in this case corrugated plastic, is inserted in the "Swing Sign" frame extrusion. | The finished 18" x 24" "Swing Sign" is extremely resistant to wind and easily grabs attention. |

| This decal job is being printed in spot colors, each is applied separately. | After all the colors are printed, a clear 2 mil laminate is applied to give extra resistance from chemicals and abrasion. | Next, the laminated decals are sent to the plotted to cut them to size and shape. | Finally, the unwanted vinyl is weeded away and the decals are cut apart and sent to the customer. |
